On June 15th, Chris and I celebrated 19 years of marriage. It was pretty low key. We took Christopher to school (summer school, that is; Chris teases him that he opted for the extended version..) intending to go have breakfast...but we did not. We went home and just spent the day together. It was very very nice...the last of a 5 day weekend.

These are watercolor prints of two paintings by a local artist.
The hearts have various quotes, sayings and sentiments on them. I left a few out for Chris to find in random places, at various times, on different days. Then we collected all of them, and I taped them to the frame and left it for him on the couch in the TV room.
I had already purchased and planned the above when we decided to get this for each other for our anniversary....
It is very nice to have this in our backyard. Granted, we don't actually "swim" in it...but it is great for cooling off and playing around in. It's a bear to get set up..."easy" is a misnomer, let me tell you! My knees hurt for a month after from crawling around getting the wrinkles out of the bottom! But it was cause for getting a new suit as well!
The boys love it, and Nina has come over a few times as well.
